How do I place an order?


Simply select the item of your choice and select "Add to Cart." Once you've added all of the items of your choice to your cart, simply click on your shopping cart and select "Checkout."




Payment and Shipping


Product orders are received, processed and shipped within 72 hours of payment confirmation. We get that shipping delays caused by dramatic increase in demand may occur and while that would be welcomed news for PRU, it can be inconvenient to our customers. We will always do our best to keep you informed of expected arrival times and advise of any delays.




Secure ordering & payment options


We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. When you make the payment you'll be redirected to the Payment Page which is SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypted. To check the security of your connection, look at the URL address bar of your browser window when you begin to make payment. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".




Returns & Refunds


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide an exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs and all items must be returned unworn and in their original condition with tags included.
